CC appreciates your interest in our company and your visit to this website.  The following privacy policy applies to this website and our affiliated online and storefront locations including, but not limited to, Illinois currency exchanges, Third Party Motor Vehicle Department facilities, check cashers and our loyalty program (collectively “Site”).  Wherever the word “Site” appears in this policy, it shall mean this website and our affiliated online and storefront locations.  This policy sets forth the basic rules that govern the use of information that we collect via the Site. You should carefully read this privacy policy because it will affect your use of the CC Site, and the services that CC offers through the Site and, specifically, the use of personal information collected via the Site. How CC collects information from visitors to the Site

The third parties with whom we share personal information may have their own privacy policies. Those privacy policies will govern the use, handling and further disclosure by the third parties of your personal information once we have shared your personal information with such third parties. How CC protects your Personal Information

CC has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to assist with safeguarding Personal Information, and to help protect against unauthorized access and disclosure. Only our employees and authorized service providers who are performing legitimate business functions for CC are permitted to access Personal Information. Notwithstanding our efforts, the Internet has inherent security risks. How you may access and change the information that CC collects

The first time that you provide us with registration information through our Site, you will be able to decide whether you want to subscribe to emails, texts or newsletters. After your first use, you can change your initial choices by contacting customer service email at Each commercial email or text that we send to you will offer you the opportunity to opt-out of continuing to receive such messages. We may take up to 10 days to process your opt-out requests. In some instances, we may have already shared your information with one of our authorized third parties before you changed your email, text and newsletter choices. Federal Trade Commission email compliance guidance allows us to send you transactional and relationship email without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those types of email. In those cases, you may have to directly contact those third parties to opt-out of receiving their communications.

We Do Not Collect Information from Children

CC content is neither directed toward minors, nor children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If CC becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information, that information will be deleted from our databases.
